We’re flexible. We listen. We’ll do whatever we can to accommodate your needs, your budget, your tastes and the particular atmosphere of your event. That’s why we call it custom catering.
We can do formal multi-course meals with professional servers and bartenders. We can do quick, drop-off, ready-to-serve meals without staff. And we can do anything in between.

At least one of our three top managers is on-site for nearly every event we staff. We never over-schedule or spread ourselves too thin. Our priorities are quality and reliability.
