This recipe works great for any time of year. Boneless chicken breast lightly floured sautéed with mushrooms, garlic and capers. Finished with white wine and fresh lemon.
This recipe is a little heavier and more appropriate for the fall and winter months. Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms in white wine and fresh lemon juice and then baked in a garlic cream sauce and topped with Jarlsberg Swiss cheese. Yummy!
Chicken Cordon Bleu
This recipe is great for either buffet or multi course sit down events.
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto ham, lightly floured and sautéed to Golden Brown. Finished in the oven and topped with a Swiss cheese Mornay sauce.
A summertime favorite, however delicious anytime year. Grilled and topped with Chef Rob‘s homemade barbecue sauce. Can’t miss this one!
